Information stored on your device
Luma Mahjong stores progress, preferences, Daily Bloom history, hint balance, and unfinished puzzle state in the app’s data so play can resume. Depending on your device and account settings, the operating system may include this data in cloud backup or device transfer. Evisoft does not receive it.
Game services
Game Center on Apple devices and Google Play Games on Android are optional. When you are signed in, Luma Mahjong may read and display your player name, rank, scores, achievements, and public leaderboard entries supplied by the service, and submit eligible scores and achievement progress to that provider. Evisoft keeps no separate copy on its servers.

Motion and parallax
When motion effects are enabled, Luma Mahjong processes device-motion data in real time and only on the device to create the parallax effect. The app does not record, retain, or transmit this data. You can reduce the effect with your device’s motion or animation accessibility setting; Android Battery Saver also disables it.
Game services

Purchases
Garden Pass purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit on Apple devices or by Google through Google Play Billing on Android. Evisoft never sees or receives your payment card or bank details. The app checks purchase and entitlement information supplied by the applicable store to unlock content and restore purchases. Purchases do not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.
Support messages
If you email support, Evisoft uses the information you voluntarily provide only to answer and resolve your request. It is retained only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required. Do not send passwords, card details, or Apple Account or Google Account credentials.
Children
The game does not ask players to create a Luma account or provide a name, email address, or date of birth. Optional game-service availability and restrictions are managed by Apple or Google and the device’s family settings.
Your choices and deletion
You can play without signing in to Game Center or Google Play Games. Deleting Luma Mahjong removes the app’s on-device data, but system backups or device-transfer copies may remain when enabled. Game-service data and store purchase history remain managed through your Apple or Google account and the provider’s services.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes will be posted before the related app update is released.
