Information stored on your device
Luma Mahjong stores progress, preferences, Daily Bloom history, hint balance, and unfinished puzzle state locally so play can resume. Evisoft does not receive this information.
Apple Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you sign in, Luma Mahjong sends eligible scores and achievement progress to Apple and may display Apple’s Game Center interface. Evisoft keeps no separate copy on its servers.
LUMA MAHJONG
Evisoft does not operate accounts, advertising, analytics, or tracking in Luma Mahjong and does not run a server that collects your gameplay. Your progress and preferences remain on your device.

Luma Mahjong stores progress, preferences, Daily Bloom history, hint balance, and unfinished puzzle state locally so play can resume. Evisoft does not receive this information.
Motion and parallax
When motion effects are enabled, Luma Mahjong processes device-motion data in real time and only on the device to create the parallax effect. The data is not recorded, retained, or transmitted. You can reduce the effect with Reduce Motion in iOS Accessibility settings.
Apple Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you sign in, Luma Mahjong sends eligible scores and achievement progress to Apple and may display Apple’s Game Center interface. Evisoft keeps no separate copy on its servers.
Purchases
Garden Pass purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Evisoft never sees or receives your payment card or bank details. The app checks the entitlement supplied by Apple to unlock content and restore purchases.
Support messages
If you email support, Evisoft uses the information you voluntarily provide only to answer and resolve your request. It is retained only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required. Do not send sensitive information.
Children
The game does not ask players for a name, email address, date of birth, or other personal information. Game Center availability and restrictions are managed by Apple and the device’s family settings.
Your choices and deletion
You can play without signing in to Game Center. Deleting Luma Mahjong deletes its locally stored progress and preferences from the device. Game Center data and App Store purchase history remain managed through your Apple Account and Apple’s services.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes will be posted before the related app update is released.
