LUMA MAHJONG
These terms govern your use of Luma Mahjong on Apple and Android devices. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the store and optional platform services you use.
Using the game
Evisoft grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Luma Mahjong for private, non-commercial play. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Garden Pass and payments
Garden Pass is a one-time purchase for the store platform where it was bought. Apple processes App Store purchases and Google processes Google Play purchases. Purchases, restoration, billing issues, and refunds are subject to the applicable store’s terms. Garden Pass does not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.
Optional platform services
Game Center and Google Play Games are optional and governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms. The game remains playable without signing in, although leaderboards and achievements may be unavailable.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Luma Mahjong available and its puzzles playable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may change through updates. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. The revised date on this page shows when the current version took effect.
