LUMA MAHJONG
Luma Mahjong has no Evisoft account or backend that stores your gameplay data. Use the controls below to remove data kept on your device or by Google Play Games.
No Luma account or server copy
You do not create a Luma account. Evisoft does not keep a server copy of your progress, settings, scores, achievements, or purchase history, so there is no Evisoft account to delete.
Delete local progress
To remove progress and settings saved on this device, clear Luma Mahjong’s app storage or data in system Settings, or uninstall the app. On Apple devices, choose Delete App; Offload App keeps documents and data. System backups or device-transfer copies may remain if you enabled them and are managed by Apple or Google, not Evisoft.
Delete Google Play Games data
Open Google Play Games and follow Google Play Games > Settings > Delete Play Games account & data > Delete individual game data. Find Luma Mahjong and choose Delete. Alternatively, follow Google Play Store > profile icon > Settings > General > Play Games profile > Privacy & settings > Delete profile & game data. This removes Google-hosted data for the game, such as eligible scores and achievements; it does not delete local app data.
Purchase history is separate
Deleting local data or Google Play Games data does not delete your Google Play purchase history or Garden Pass entitlement. Google Play manages that history; Luma Mahjong and Evisoft cannot delete it. Store purchases are also subject to the store provider’s account and refund controls.
