Luma Support

Start with the common answers below. If your question remains, email Evisoft and we will help you personally.

01How do I restore Garden Pass?

Open Luma Mahjong, tap the crown, then choose Restore Purchases. On iPhone or iPad, use the Apple Account that made the App Store purchase. On Android, use the Google Account that made the Google Play purchase. Purchases do not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.

02Why are leaderboards or achievements unavailable?

On iPhone or iPad, check that Game Center is enabled and signed in. On Android, check that Google Play Games is available and signed in. The full puzzle journey remains playable without either service.

03How can I make tiles easier to see?

Open Settings inside Luma Mahjong and enable Larger Tiles with Scroll. You can also use your device’s display zoom or larger-text settings. The board remains scrollable when the tiles need more room.

04What should I do when a puzzle feels stuck?

Match only tiles that are free on the left or right and have no tile covering them. Use Hint when you want a gentle nudge. If no open pair remains, use Shuffle; it keeps the board playable. Undo is also available.

05Can I move progress to another device?

Progress is stored in the app’s data. Your operating system may restore it through cloud backup or device transfer when those features are enabled, but transfer is not guaranteed. Garden Pass can be restored only with the same store account and on the same store platform used for the purchase.

06Can I reduce the parallax or motion effect?

Yes. Use Reduce Motion or Remove Animations in your device’s Accessibility settings. Luma Mahjong respects the system animation preference and reduces the tilt-driven depth effect. On Android, Battery Saver also disables the effect.
